I have been a trainer for over 2 years in the Dallas area. I help my clients gain a better understanding of their own needs through a combination of weight lifting, high-intensity interval training, and nutrition coaching. Whether your goal is to lose stubborn fat or gain some muscle, I work together with you to create your perfect plan to get you to your goals.

I’m certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as both a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I offer both online coaching and in-person training, which I can travel to you with limited equipment (Dallas area) or we can work together out of the Trainer’s Gym in Richardson, TX.
