I started competing in bodybuilding in 1982. Several national titles and four Mr. Texas wins later, I finally earned an IFBB pro card. In one of my last amateur contests, I won the 40+ Masters, 50+ Masters and Open overall titles. I also won multiple National titles in powerlifting, totaling 2094 pounds, as a career best. I have a BS in Kinesiology and a Masters in Sports Nutrition. I am certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. My best areas of expertise are bodybuilding posing and personal routines.
