I co-own Legends Fit in Rockwall, east of Dallas. We are a serious training facility with 17000 sq ft of weights, machines, racks, platforms, cardio equipment, and turf. I have been a competitive bodybuilder since 2011…all 153 lbs in my first show in Houston (lanky, but the most shredded guy in my class), so I know about the struggles of overcoming lifelong skinniness. For my last show, I placed 3rd in masters classic physique at the 2020 NPC North Americans.
