Judging Criteria

  • Judges will be looking for a toned, healthy Beach Body.  This includes overall appearance, shape, symmetry, condition of the skin.  This division is judged from the waist up. The “It Factor” will be included in the assessment, including stage presence. This is not a muscle division. The competitor should be lean and toned, but competitors considered too muscular or excessively lean will be marked down.  The judge’s assessment of the competitor will include the competitor’s entire presentation, from the moment they walk on stage, until they walk off stage.

This division is judged from the waist up. Judges will also be looking for overall appearance, shape, symmetry, muscle separation & conditioning, front to back, to include condition of the skin.  The “It Factor” will be included in the assessment, including stage presence.  A competitor considered excessively muscular or bulky will be marked down. The judge’s assessment of the competitor will include the competitor’s entire presentation, from the moment they walk on stage, until they walk off stage.

The “It Factor” will be included in the assessment, including stage presence.  A competitor considered excessively muscular or bulky will be marked down. The judge’s assessment of the competitor will include the competitor’s entire presentation, from the moment they walk on stage, until they walk off stage.
