There will be a brief break in between these shows to set up for the Finals Show. Keep in mind, based on how large the show is, there may not be a break at all!
We will begin seating for the Finals show at 3:30pm.

MOVE-IN TIMES 

Friday May 23
1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
When you arrive, you can park and bring your items in through the front doors of the convention center. Steve will be onsite to assist you with finding your booth, and he will also give you your vendor badges for your booth workers.

 

Saturday May 24
7:00 am – 9:00 am
Your booth must be set up before the doors open to the general public at 9:30 am.

 


MOVE-OUT TIME

Saturday May 24
(Immediately following the closing of the show). Closing time cannot be determined since it is a LIVE sporting event.

YOUR BOOTH INCLUDES

10×10 booth

  • Pipe & drape (back of your booth – pipe & drape is 8ft tall)
  • (1) 6ft skirted table
  • (2) chairs
  • (1) trash can

 

10×20 booth 

  • Pipe & drape (back of your booth – pipe & drape is 8ft tall)
  • (2) 6ft skirted tables
  • (4) chairs
  • (1) trash can

 

20×20 booth

  • Pipe & drape (back of your booth – pipe & drape is 8ft tall)
  • Up to (4) 6ft skirted tables
  • (8) chairs
  • (1) trash can

VENDOR BADGES

Your allotted amount of vendor badges will be available for pick up during vendor set-up on Friday. Just look or ask for Steve, and he will stop by your booth to give your badges to you. If you are arriving on Saturday morning for set up, stop by the TICKET BOX OFFICE BOOTH, and we will have your vendor badges there.

WIFI & ELECTRICITY

All of our expos also offer Internet/Wifi and Electric, which can be purchased through the venue on-site during set up. For more information on purchasing these items please email the CEO Ed Pariso. EdPariso@gmail.com

ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE

If you are in need of any rental items for your booth (including additional tables, chairs, signage, etc) or need to ship something in for the event please contact CEO Ed Pariso EdPariso@Gmail.com.  He will assist with getting you in touch with our preferred vendor who handles all our shipping/receiving and rental items for our events.
